General Catering Information

Please read through our general catering information before placing an order.

-All prices are subject to a state tax of 4.712% of all applicable charges

-All catering orders must be preordered and prepaid. A payment must be made to confirm an order. We do not accept same-day orders

-We ask that catering orders be placed as soon as possible to ensure availability. At the latest, orders must be placed at least a week in advance to guarantee availability.

-We do not guarantee that we can make any changes to existing orders unless we are notified at least four days in advance.

-Last minute cancellations are subject to a fee of up to 100% of the total amount owed.

-We do NOT offer delivery for orders less than 100 people due to vehicular constraints. All orders can be picked up at our location behind Cutter Ford in Aiea

-Delivery is possible for orders of $1600 dollars after taxes or more depending on availability. An “out of zone” fee may be charged depending where the delivery is. Call for more details or questions on our delivery.

-Paper goods will be provided for orders of 100 or more only

-We also do equipment rental for orders of 100 or more. A deposit is required but will be returned to you when you return equipment by the specified due date. We have wire chafing dishes/warmers and serving utensils available.
